G by Guess

While interning at Guess, Inc. as a social media intern, I had a number of projects that I worked on. One of my ongoing projects was to manage the Pinterest account for G by Guess, recently rebranded as GBG. So I created 6 boards for the brand. “Styled By Us” was the board meant to show off how G by Guess styles their clothes. Angled as an “outfit Inspo” board. “#GSQUAD” is a board meant to show off not only celebrities and influencers that wear GBG, but also to show off our wonderful customers that wear the brand. This not only motivates our audience to buy what their favorite celebrities and influencers are wearing, but it encourages audience engagement by featuring people just like them. “Denim Obsession” Guess was originally a denim brand, and G by Guess has some amazing denim pieces that were meant to be shown off. “Shoes” was super straightforward, GBG has an extensive line of affordable shoes, and who doesn’t love an excuse to buy a new pair? Temptation awaits. “Men’s Streetwear” was meant to encourage our male audience to buy the most recent drop, and tag us in their posts so they can be featured not only in the #GSQUAD board, but also get a turn in the spotlight of our Men’s Streetwear board. You can tell a lot by a man’s sense of style. “The Dress Shop” a board filled with the latest dresses from G by Guess, perfect for showcasing how well the GBG dresses can be styled up or down, for the perfect night out or a sunny day to show off some leg.
